Chicks Who Love Guns were formed in 2009 out of the aborted remains of local Sydney bands such as The Wahas, Stukas and STD Vending Machine.
Their debut show at Club 77 pulled a huge crowd and the band quickly proved to every person there that they were witnessing the birth of an exciting new Australian band; five dirty young punks playing ugly rock n roll and spitting in the faces of any early doubters.
Packed shows at Filth Fest, Oxford Art Factory and Kit & Kaboodle further cemented this band as one to watch in 2010.
Chicks Who Love Guns will play their first headline show for 2010 Fri Feb 19th, at Spectrum & will appear at Playground Weekender Festival the following night. The band will also be supporting Regular John at The Beach Rd Hotel Feb 24th.
Their debut EP Vomit On The Dancefloor is due for release in Feb 2010.
